“On 2/18/2020 I was driving my vehicle in a snowy weather and my brakes failed to stop my vehicle and ended up sliding down the carb and hit a parked vehicle. I have a recall for ABS. My transfer case under the hood was leaking and making a weird loud noice. Went to the dealership right before the accident happened but they asked me to come back on monday.”

I felt the car slide in an unnatural direction and when I attempted to counter correct I found the steering wheel had locked. I next tried the brakes which were also unresponsive. The vehicle slide into the center divider on the freeway and I slowly rolled to a stop. …”
