NHTSA complaint #11672917, filed 2025-07“On March 30, 2026, INFINITI of Naperville performed a multi-point inspection (RO 114984) on my 2025 Infiniti QX60 at 10,507 miles and measured both rear brake pads at 6mm. On October 13, 2026, at 15,467 miles, the same dealership measured both rear brake pads at 3mm — 3mm of wear in approximately 4,960 miles, evenly on both sides. This wear rate is far faster than normal and will require rear pad replacement far sooner than the normal 30,000–50,000 mile service life. …”
