“This vehicle was taken to the local Infiniti dealer for a routine oil change, vehicle inspection during this service discovered that the rear brake pads were worn. The request to replace the rear brake pads was declined. There were no warning indications. The failure mileage was 21787. Infiniti was contacted, but no assistance was offered.”
