Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Distorted view through the windshield. When looking at lights, double image is visible. This is especially pronounced at nights, causing poor visibility and eye strain. This issue seems to be isolated to vehicles with heads up display, because of the lamination.”

NHTSA complaint #11661238, filed 2025-05
