“The contact owns a 2010 International Prostar. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 MPH, the vehicle suddenly began to steer to the left. The driver tried to turn the steering wheel to the right but it continued left. The brakes were applied but the vehicle continued left until it crashed. The police appeared on the scene and a police report was filed. The driver and the contact were injured. The contact was taken to a hospital. The vehicle had not been repaired. The current and failure mileages were 256,700.”
