“The contact owns a 2010 International pro star. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, the vent window exploded into several pieces without warning. The vent window was closed prior to the failure. The contact made the repairs to the window himself. The manufacture was not made aware of the failure. The failure recurred exactly two weeks after the window was repaired. The vehicle was not further repaired. The failure mileage was 67,200.”
