“The contact owned a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. While driving 25 MPH, the contact became distracted and crossed the yellow lane lines. In an attempt to avoid an oncoming vehicle, the contact jerked the vehicle to the side and caused the vehicle to rollover. The vehicle crashed into three trees and rolled off a cliff. In addition, the contact stated that the seat belt failed to retract and caused the contact to be thrown around inside the vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. …”

The contact's vehicle was moving at the time of the crash. The driver and passenger side seat belts never locked into place, causing both the passenger and the contact to bump their heads on the dashboard. Head injuries were sustained. A police report was filed. The current mileage is 113,364 and failure mileage was 113,360. Updated 08/02/07.”
