NHTSA complaint #10110765, filed 2005-02

“I have to add oil twice between my 4000 mile oil changes. I have been required to do this since the 30000 mile mark. The dealer(s) claim the engine is designed to 'use' up to 1 quart every thousand miles!!! Sounds like a design flaw to me.”
