“Isuzu Trooper 1999 problem after problem, engine burning oil. After the engine was replaced, the engine light illuminated at least 30 times. The dealer gave the consumer all types of excuses until finally they said they didn't know what was causing the light to illuminate. There were other problems such as a hard shift with the transmission, water leaking through the sun roof, difficulty starting the vehicle, uneven tire wear, in just 65,000 the consumer has gone through 3 complete sets of tires. …”
NHTSA complaint #10113417, filed 2005-03, 40,000 miles“Hi, this is the second used car I bough from infinity autos, the first one was a 97 dodge caravan, it had transmission problems right from the beginning I paid $300.00 to fix something in the motor omar from this dealership never took care of this for like he said so I paid off the van I need a newer better car so I traded this car in for a Isuzu 1999, I used the van as a down payment +I gave him $300.00 dollars, I told him than march, 2009 this car better be in better condition again he said no problem, there were things on this car that needed to replaced, like panel in the back of the car…”
