1989: “We own a 1989 Jaguar XJ6 and the automatic seat belts do not retract everytime the door is closed. Several years ago the belts were replaced by our local dealer but now the problem is the electronic control module. The deal stated he cannot get parts any longer. What options do we have? I'm sure someone makes after market lap belts that are not motorized.”

1996: “Accelerator sticks. This has been repeatedly reported to the service department that services my car and I reported it to jaguarusa. This is a serious issue that needs attention for Jaguar to fix.via my research there was a recall for 1997 models via the NHTSA but not for the 96 models. Please assist in this matter.”

1988: “I have a Jaguar XJ6 1988 for about 3 years I never use it until december 2007. I became involved in an accident around dec. 15 2007. The police say that it was my fault because I was moving to flordia during that time I did not fight the case because this is the only vehicle that I have now am using it more often. But I always notice that this car have some problems with the brake system. I though that it was the break pad but is no in good condition. Looking over the internet I found that this car has a recall for a long time which I didn't know about it. Why I was never aware of this. …”
