“1990 Jaguar XJ6. Consumer writes in regards to repairs to the passive restraint system the consumer stated for over two years, dating back to june 9, 2009, he has attempted to get the inoperative passive restraint system fixed. Jaguar informed the consumer there was no vendor for the part. After 15 months, Jaguar offered to purchase the vehicle for $ 5,350 in september 2010 and then dropped the price to $3,675 in december 2010. The consumer referenced recall # 93v179000.”

Also, while driving seat belt came undone & consumer went against the steering wheel. This had caused an interference in driving for the driver. Would have to shut vehicle off just to get the seat belts to retract.”
