2015 Jeep Renegade Other or unknown Problems

“My air conditioning went out took it to a couple different garages and they said it's a sensor in the passenger mirror called ambient temperature sensor. Now it won't register the temperature outside so it won't let my air conditioning run. This Jeep was bought brand new shouldn't have this happening it's only 5 years old. I have children and can't even use air conditioning in a newer car.”

“My check engine light came on and the thermostat light continued to rise until my car shut down. After letting it sit for about 5 minutes it started again. The engine light remained on and if I idle at all the thermostat climbs. I took it to my mechanic and he told me it was listed as a recall as the engine overheats and faulty cooling system. I haven't seen a recall but have seen similar complaints.”

“Takata recall . My key keep getting stuck in ignition and my Jeep will not go into any gear. It will sometime crank, but it take forever to get the key out. My Jeep is still new and it is my own means of transportation. It is at 40 thousands mile. .no matter what I do I can not get it to leave out of park.”

“Was driving to newnan, ga on highway when car jumped into neutral causing car to slow almost ending in a rear-end collusion. I am a cancer patient and drive from brooklet, ga to newnan ga for treatment. Also was told my vehicle is recall due to the coolant system not working properly.”

“Door locks do not work. I tried locking it using both key fobs to no avail. I also tried pressing the lock button on the door also does not work. All along I thought the locks were working but apparently you hear the chirp and the lights will flash but the doors do not lock. Now I have to lock everything manually. Car has less than 4000 miles on it purchased brand new.”
