“Driving down the road no cars close in front of or behind me. All sensors on Jeep were clean and not obstructed. Radio started making weird noises and the emergency brakes completely locked up. Vehicle behind me was a truck pulling a trailer and nearly crashed into my car. I had to turn the car on off a couple times before I could move again.”

NHTSA complaint #11576306, filed 2024-03

“I have had nothing but issues with the electrical part of this Wagoneer. For months the BLIND SPOT ALERT system has flashed on for no reason. And then it sets an entire host of sensors off that beep continuously on and off while driving down the road. My car has been with the dealership for going on 4 weeks with no fix.”

NHTSA complaint #11683681, filed 2025-08

“I was driving about 10mph around a turn and the motor turned off and I had to park to start the motor again. When I came to a complete stop the car engaged it's parking break and suddenly jerked forward. This has happened several times in the last year and this time I was the driver of the vehicle. It's a extreme safety issue and my wife has had it happen to her at a busy intersection more than one time.”

NHTSA complaint #11727356, filed 2026-03

“While in the elementary school carline this morning, waiting to drop my kids off at school, my brakes completely failed unexpectedly, causing me to roll into the SUV in front of me. The line in the mornings is long and slow moving and I was stopped behind several other cars also waiting to drop their kids off — letting off the break and re-engaging the break to move forward as the line progressed. …”

NHTSA complaint #11686587, filed 2025-09

“Battery light came on and showed low voltage while driving down the highway along with a loud sound. Also the icon with a red A and a circle around it came on, the lights and icons starting signaling. The steering wheel instantly became difficult to turn and control. I started to pull off the road the best I could and the parking break engaged before I could come to a complete stop. I wasn’t even off the road before the vehicle came to a stop.”
