“When driving my vehicle suddenly shuts off the engine and puts the vehicle into park. This has happened multiple times now and everything shuts down, power steering, etc goes out and I’m afraid it will cause a serious accident. This seems very dangerous. Dealership tells me they don’t have any idea how to fix it”

NHTSA complaint #11768568, filed 2026-10

“Instrument panel dash frozen. instrument dash panel frozen at the screen where it says start/stop press brake to turn the vehicle on, we can’t see how fast we’re going when driving. This has occurred on multiple occasions. We’ve taken it to a Jeep dealership. Who reset the PCM but it does not resolve the issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11768491, filed 2026-10

“Vehicle speedometer has randomly blacked out on numerous occasions not allowing me to see any of my gauges. While driving on the interstate and merging the vehicle has stalled and RPMS stay stagnant yet you can hear the engine revving & then it acts like it will catch up. While driving up hill the vehicle began to stall almost like it was towing something when it was not. Back up camera has failed to turn on (resolved its self after I restarted the car). …”

NHTSA complaint #11685713, filed 2025-09

“On multiple occasions, when starting the vehicle, the screen on the dashboard remains with the power button and instructions to depress the brake and push button to start. The car starts, but no gauges appear on the dashboard. Turning the car off and back on does not resolve the issue. The car is on and running and will let me shift into gear and drive the car, as demonstrated in multiple videos. Driving the car while a message on how to start the car is concerning as I cannot see/view the speedometer or any other gauges. …”

NHTSA complaint #11760086, filed 2026-08

“The vehicle accelerated without the pedal being depressed from a fully stopped position. The vehicle struck a tree and was severely damaged and a total loss. The data from the black box could not be retrieved by the local Jeep dealer. Insurance and law enforcement officials did not want to pursue investigation. Vehicle was released to insurance company for salvage so total loss claim could be processed and paid.”
