“I own a 2007 Keystone Everest fiver. The tires on it are the mission's 235-80-16 load range. I've had two blowouts, the first wasn't that bad but the second one did some damage on the side of the camper. I contacted the tire manufacturer and was told that because the tires were five years old that they couldn't or should I say wouldn't do anything about it. I explained to them that I purchased the unit new off the lot in 2007. …”

NHTSA complaint #10413373, filed 2011-07, 3,000 miles

“The contact owns a 2007 Keystone Everest recreational vehicle. One of the tires on the rv was damaged. When he notified the manufacturer, the contact was told that they would assist with replacing the tire. He contacted the manufacturer a second time after several days and was then told that he would be liable for the shipping costs of the new tire. The current and failure mileages, as well as the VIN, were unavailable.”
