Example complaints

Tires: “Towing my Keystone Raptor 310ts, in less then 4000 miles I have separated 3 power king towmax tires. Two of them were on my last trip. Only one of the three actually blew off the rim (destroying the rim). The first tire was adjusted and replaced by the tire mfg. The last two just happened but I think it is time to find a better quality tire and I'll have to order a rim.”

Other or unknown: “The contact owns a 2012 Keystone Raptor coy hauler rv. The contact stated that while moving the trailer, the underbelly detached. The vehicle was then taken to an authorized dealer where they fastened the underbelly on tightly. The contact stated that the underbelly was not repaired correctly. The contact also stated that the slide out was loose and was flapping on the side of the camper that caused a distraction to others on the highway. The vehicle was repaired but the failure was not corrected. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was not available.”
