2013: “Tire blew out causing 1,850.00 damage not counting new tire. November 2016 . Next trip july 6 2017 had blow out 7 miles down the hwy second tire blew out causing extensive damage . Tires are tow max235/80/16 . I had 5 new ones put on the ones that didn't bust are all knotted up like the belts are broke I saved the tires .”
NHTSA complaint #11005880, filed 2017-07, 5,000 miles2012: “Towing my Keystone Raptor 310ts, in less then 4000 miles I have separated 3 power king towmax tires. Two of them were on my last trip. Only one of the three actually blew off the rim (destroying the rim). The first tire was adjusted and replaced by the tire mfg. The last two just happened but I think it is time to find a better quality tire and I'll have to order a rim.”
NHTSA complaint #10552593, filed 2013-11, 4,000 miles2007: “First carlisle radial trail tire to blow on our three axle 34 foot rv trailer on august 12,2009 while traveling west through a 9 mile construction zone with two way traffic on the east bound side of interstate 80, about 73 miles east of council bluffs, iowa, the center carlisle tire on the curb side of our three axle 34 foot rv trailer blew out. This was at about 5 miles into the construction zone with no place to pull over. …”
