“While using adaptive cruise control on the highway, my car almost rear ended the car in front of me when it surged ahead around a slight curve in the road. I was travelling approximately 5mph below the set cruise speed due to the traffic ahead. It appears that my vehicle lost radar sight of the car in front and tried to get back up to the set speed. This has happened on multiple occasions now.”

NHTSA complaint #11581109, filed 2024-04

“Our display/cluster, indicators, sensors, emergency lights stopped working in the middle of the ride. Major safety hazard on highway. Have to turn off the car and wait 30-60 mins for things to start working again. I know this has happened with others and to us before but in that case display stopped working the moment you turn on the car. Can't see the car speed, or any other things on display.”

NHTSA complaint #11617526, filed 2024-10

“Over 10 times I've had errors come up on dashboard about sensor systems that are not working. Cat has been taken in 5 times for this with no resolution. I can provide numerous dashboard pictures going back since I purchased the vehicle”
