“The contact owns a 2017 Kia Sedona. The contact stated while using the original jack that came with the vehicle when one side of the jack bent and caused the vehicle to collapse. The contact stated he pulled his back and did seek medical attention at a walk-in clinic. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure.”
