“I called the Jaguar Land Rover dealership located in Frisco, TX to schedule a maintenance appointment. Before asking what type of maintenance I needed the representative continued to tell me that my vehicle could not be serviced there. I asked why and was told they do not the tools to fix it due to it being a 2010 model. They also said I had 2 recalls but maybe I could try another service facility.”
