“The braking system keeps repeatedly failing. I have numerous times been driving when the braking system locks, leaving the car uncapable of securing a safe stop at any given moment. In 2024, the vehicle was serviced at Landrover Englewood, NJ where I paid for repairs. The same problem yet again emerged causing the risk of potential accident on September 1, 2026 while driving on the local city roadways. …”

“I had not driven the vehicle for about a week. When I started it, there was a message on the dash about the hill descent malfunctioning. I put the vehicle in Reverse, and without pressing the accelerator, it was incredibly difficult to stop. Had I not been in my own driveway, this would have been very dangerous. I had the vehicle towed to a service center, and they confirmed that the auxiliary battery was not producing enough voltage and this caused the brakes to fail. …”

The contact received a second opinion from the dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed that there was a coolant leak. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the issue but offered no further assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.”
