“When using my parking assist feature for the first time the vehicle malfunctioned causing me to hit the car that I was trying to park in front of. The park assist took over when I engaged it but accelerated and hit the care without warning. I happened so quickly that I could not apply the brake until it was too late. There were 4 of us in the car at the time and were all shocked. Luckily no one was injured but it was definitely a possibility and there was damage to both vehicles. The police were called but did only did an information exchange form. …”

“The panoramic sunroof is cracked in several places impacting only the front half of the sunroof. There is not indication of a point of impact that would have caused the cracks. The vehicle is garage kept and has been driven minimally this summer. The were noticed on Saturday, July 18th when I opened the retractable interior roof. My safety is at risk because of the potential for the glass to fall from the roof while I'm driving. The panoramic sunroof has not been inspected by any one other than myself and my husband. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. …”

This matter was reported > 3 times to the Freeport Landover Dealership; the last visit was in October 2025.
