2003: “While this vehicle was not included in the safety reacall bulletin regarding un-intended acceleration, my vehicle no exhibits the issue that, while in motion, the brake and accelerator pedals can be pushed simultaneously, possibly causing a vehicle accident. I feel my VIN should have been part of the safety recall list.”
NHTSA complaint #10808582, filed 2015-12, 103,333 miles2006: “My check pcs and vbs lights came on and went off. I continue to drive and my breaks worked fine for a week. Driving home on a side street crossing a bridge and a piercing beep came on and would not go off. I think that was an indicator ro pull off the road. I took my foot off the accelerator and slowly guided to side of bridge and called my husband. I had a diagnostics and was told that is ABS accelerator and that and the part is $2500 without labor. This is a safety hazard that my brakes gave out and should be on the recall list. My car is 2006 GS430 with 106,000 miles.”
