“I was driving and out of no where my indicator light said low voltage steering. I waited a couple of days to get an oil change and have the car inspected and the service guy wrote up the order. I gave the service guy my keys and noticed he never moved the car, I questioned him as to why and he said the car won't start. I replied to his statement and said how is that I just cut it off. The service guy had a tech test the battery and couldn't read it because the voltage was extremely low.”
