The vehicle was repaired and diagnosed that the fuel pump module needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 144,000. The VIN was not available.”

Additionally, the contact stated that the fuel tank could be filled. The contact also stated that the windshield wipers occasionally operated independently. …”
