“Oem michelin primacy tires and warranty process are a big problem. Getting ready to file tread wear claim on second set after claiming tread wear warranty on first set through my dealer. Only lasted 30k and were to go > 50k. Now same model tires are now worn to replacement and dealer says I need to purchase elsewhere for another tread wear claim. Reason is they were never paid by michelin for first claim. Lincoln and michelin deserve this complaint for the inconvenience and now second defect on tread wear life. …”
