“The contact owns a 2011 Lincoln MKZ. While the vehicle was parked, the driver side door unlatched and would not close until after several attempts. The failure recurred on two other occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 15v246000 (latches/locks/linkages). The approximate failure mileage was 54,000.”
