“Door latch, driver side, recall starts with the MKZ 2014 and up. I have a 2012 MKZ that needs the recall. Please lower the year to include the 2012 as the symptoms and problems are exactly the same. My vehicle will be receiving the airbag recall on friday. I ask that you approve the latch recall as well. Thank you.”
