“While driving, my 2011 Lincoln, continental which was is showroom condition, at approximately 30-35 MPH, on wet pavement (not saturated) negotiating slight curve,while wearing a seatbelt, vehicle veered left more than a left front flat tire would cause. Steering did not respond. Vehicle crossed yellow double solid line striking guide rail head on. No interior safety equipment worked for passenger. Seatbelt remained in latched position but did not tighten. Standing on brake vehicle did not appear to slow. ... …”
