“I received a recall letter in july 2016, called the dealer, airbags unavailable. Called the dealer again december 2016, same result. Received a postcard november, 2017. Contacted the dealer again, I was told to wait until I received another letter from ford motor company in a brown envelope!!! I need action, now! This is my only form of transportation,”

“Car purchased 6/2016 from alex karras l/m in bradenton, fl. Passenger airbag was on recall. Dealer said would repair as soon as got parts. I've called every 3 months and get same story. No parts available. Today takata announces more recalls. I don't know why dealer will not process this recall. Parts should be available since it has been 19 months since I bought the car.”

I contacted the local ford dealership in chatham and they have not received a notice or replacement part from Lincoln motor company, as of nov., 2017. I want to get this airbag replaced, but the ford dealership is saying they can't get the airbag replacement part.”

“In car accident on dec 12, 2019. Upon impact. Severe pain caused from air bag deployment. Myself and my son when both hit in the face. My car was completely totaled due to air bag deployment . My car was turned a little to the right to avoid full blown rear impact coming up over hill. Was on a city street and my steering wheel was broken in half. I am receiving recall on air bags 40 days after accident occurred. My car was a total loss. I have been driving a rental at cost to me for almost 6 weeks now.”

“It will be a year in january of 2018, since I've tried to get this airbag repaired. Knoxville,tennessee ,ted russell ford motor companies are stating that they still don't have the passenger airbags in to fix the takata airbag recall on my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. I am fearful of it deflating on me, my passenger airbag light, comes off and on , every so often, while driving on the highway, city street, turning, while the car is in motion anytime. Please help me get this fixed asap!!”
