“In car accident on dec 12, 2019. Upon impact. Severe pain caused from air bag deployment. Myself and my son when both hit in the face. My car was completely totaled due to air bag deployment . My car was turned a little to the right to avoid full blown rear impact coming up over hill. Was on a city street and my steering wheel was broken in half. I am receiving recall on air bags 40 days after accident occurred. My car was a total loss. I have been driving a rental at cost to me for almost 6 weeks now.”

The vehicle was merged to the side of the road, where the contact noticed an abnormal noise emitting from the rim as if air were linking from the tire. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 99,000. The VIN was not available.”
