Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The vehicle was running and locked itself with the key inside, without the driver. I had to get the other key to unlock the vehicle and retrieve the key locked inside. While driving, the vehicle does not stay in the middle of the lane. The wheels pull to the left and right while driving, as if the driving assist is controlling the vehicle and pulling it to either side of the lane. I have to hold the steering wheel tightly to keep it from veering into the other lane.”
