“My car has hydroplaned twice in the past six months. The first time, I was coming around a curve in light rain and the back tires slipped. I felt as if they completely lost traction. I was able to correct and keep from causing an accident. I visually inspected my tires and they still looked brand new. This occurred at about 22,000 miles. My speed was about 15 miles an hour.I then had a second incident at about 26,000 miles. This was experienced in heavy rain on the highway at about 60 miles per hour. My car again lost traction and went completely into the lane next to me. …”

“. The tires that it has are the ones that came originally with the car when I purchased brand new in may 2014. The car has only 12k miles. The incident happened this last sunday (1/10/16) at around 1:30pm. I was returning with my family from a school soccer game. I was driving on the I-95 at around 50mph in the express lanes. Suddenly we heard a loud noise, we were not sure if it was coming from the car, the radio, a nearby truck or even an app from my kids' tablet. At the same time my car started losing traction and vibrates, but luckily I was able to control it and decelerate carefully. …”

“After making a right hand turn, there was a sudden loud noise. The car then came to a sudden stop on it's own. Upon inspection, the lower control arm ball joint and axle detached from the front passenger tire while the car was in motion.”

“The contact owns a 2015 Mazda CX-5. The contact stated the tires deflating abnormally. The contact stated that the tires needed to be inflated on a weekly basis. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the rims were improperly fitted to suit multiple tires, causing the tires to deflate. The vehicle had not been repaired. The tires had been replaced by several other brand tires however, the failure persisted. The dealer confirmed that the failure was not a tire failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. …”
