“Drivers side heated seat -lower back gets very hot on lowest setting and doesn't heat actual seat. Can feel it through a winter coat. When accidently touched with bare skin, almost burned.”

NHTSA complaint #11189848, filed 2019-03, 23,500 miles

“Display screen has developed the common “spider web cracking” with my 2017 Mazda 6. There has been no accident on my vehicle and it is causing issues with being able to clearly see what is showing. My driver seat “heated seat” has melted the lower back leather material. The heating element doesn’t heat the bottom of the seat and just the lower back part. It has caused the leather to melt”

NHTSA complaint #11560250, filed 2023-12
