58 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2017 Mercedes-Benz B 250E. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.
- 10167015Feb 10, 2014Electrical system. The key is not recognized in the electronic ignition switch, the vehicle cannot be started and/or the automatic transmission may perform an "Automatic P function" at speeds below 6 km/h.
- 10166986Feb 6, 2014Transmission and drivetrain. Reverse gear cannot be engaged. The following fault code is stored in the dual clutch transmission (DKG) control unit: FC 074600 -> Pressure regulating valve 1 does not close or FC 077600 -> Pressure regulating valve 1 does not close In the extended fault freeze frame data it can be seen that both clutches are pressurized when the fault code 074600 or 077600 occurs - see Figure 1 in attachment.
- 10166987Feb 5, 2014Transmission and drivetrain. Transmission intermittently fails to shift, vehicle jolts in higher gears. The dual clutch transmission (DKG) control unit contains the stored FC 92177 or 92100 - The shift valve of the internal shaft has a malfunction. The commanded position was not reached. In the extended fault freeze frame data it can be seen that this fault was set in 7th gear - see Figure 1 in attachment.

- 10167564Jul 12, 2013Electrical system. Customer experiences low battery conditions, resulting in jump starts, and eventually requiring battery replacement.
- 10167563Jul 8, 2013Electrical system. The COMAND unit does not start or the COMAND display remains dark. The COMAND unit cannot be operated. Note: The problem disappears after a lengthy idle period (>6h) or after interrupting the power supply (circuit 30).
- 10167551Jul 3, 2013Steering. Vehicle wanders to the left or right.
