“We leased a 2018 mercedes E300 exactly one month ago. For our test drive we took a short trip taking all right turns. Since we have had the car my wife has had serious visibility problems looking to the left, especially at 4 way stops. She has had 2 very close incidents at these stops, the latest near collision just yesterday. She is short (5 ft.) and the seat does not raise high enough. As a result, when she gazes to the left there is a large blind spot created by the side view mirror. …”

“The contact owns a 2018 Mercedes-Benz E300. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, wind was entering through the passenger’s side sunroof. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where they informed the contact that the vehicle was working as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was approximately 34,000.”
