“PRIORITY COMPLAINT: MANUFACTURER RECALL OBSTRUCTION & COERCIVE SAFETY WAIVER INDUCEMENT. “The car would not start. When I tried to start the car, it said that the charging cable was engaged. The charging cable was not in fact engaged. Even the phone app for the car indicates that the cable is not engaged. There is no way to reset the vehicle or to turn it off and back on. The identical issue occurred in January. We had it towed to the dealer on the weekend. When we returned to get personal items out of the vehicle (1-2 days later, but before the dealer had worked on it) the vehicle started fine and I drove it home. The problem has now recurred.”
