“Brake over heats because of rust caused by rain which builds up causing brakes to freeze up. Explanation from dealer. In fact told us we need to dry brakes off if we drive in rain and park in garage for more than 2 days or we will have it happen again. Brakes freeze and car locked up and can’t move it. We bought the car used had it inspected by a MBD in Atlanta G. Bulkhead , told breaks were like new. Mileage 23,666 miles. Put on about 4000 miles now brakes gone froze up from rain. Garage kept. While driving car we were noticing almost like the breakers were on but not stepping on break. …”

“All advance driver assistance system has a 50% work fail reliability. It may work it may fail to work, I bought the cat from a Mercades Dealer in Las Vegas with 48 miles on it. The vehicle has approx 900 now. The driver assist system fails daily, it is unreliable, dangerous and a hazard to occupants and others. It needs to be inspected and repaired, recalled.”
