Example complaints

2015: “Driving 25 MPH around a curve when my car lost control, despite my best attempts my car would not allow me to take control or to break. My car went from 25 MPH to 60 MPH through a two lane traffic street, forcing me to swerve in and out of traffic merely missing six cars and a semi trailer truck, spinning my car around twice and facing the opposite direction of traffic.”

2013: “I was notified in february of 2019 of an air bag recall for my glk 350. Almost a year later, mercedes dealer still cannot tell me when this will be fixed. I am driving around with a ticking time-bomb for an air bag and mercedes doesn't seem to care. This is unacceptable. Someone should be holding them accountable.”

NHTSA complaint #11301238, filed 2020-01, 40,350 miles

2012: “I was driving on i35 at the speed limit when I heard a loud pop overhead. I was not sure what it was, wondered if it was gun fire. A few days later when I got in my vehicle, and the sun was out, I was closing the sunroof cover when I noticed that the glass was shattered, pieces of glass were everwhere and began falling with the movement of the cover. It is extremely dangerous as shreds of glass are everywhere.”
