“This recall was issued on July 7, 2022, nearly 6 months ago. The recall involves a sticker. This vehicle is rented out on Turo. Turo delisted this vehicle due to this open recall costing us over $1,000 in lost rental income for our business. Payments on this van are nearly $800/month. This is causing enormous financial pressure on our business with no end in sight. We do not believe it should take 6+ months to replace a sticker. Additionally, the VIN plate on this van is nothing more than a sticker on the dashboard. The VIN plate was damaged when the windshield was replaced last July. …”
