“In 2018 I had a cracked windshield, they told me a small rock hit my windshield, had it repaired at the m benz dealership, then in 2019, august I had the same thing happen to my windshield, they said the same thing, had them repair it again, september 2019 & october 2019,had a cracked windshield with an explosive sound, had it repaired, that's 3 in a row at the same dealership, they brushed me off after I complained to them, saying it was pure bad luck 3 in a row in aug,sept, & oct 2019.the vehicle was in motion on surface roads & a highway too at the time of occurrence, it was a small sound…”
