2009: “There is a federal recall on my vehicle. I have set up an appointment twice with mathews ford in newark, ohio. They have failed to fix the problem. The first time I took it in they said because of covid they were not fixing them. I spoke to a representative from ford who set up a second appointment. They were suppose to pick up the car on 02/24 and never arrived.”

Don't want to drive because last time they told me to park it on the passenger air bag. Recall is for the same injury or death! Brakes r having to push all the way to the floor sometimes to stop. Afraid it will one time not stop all together. They tell me they can do nothing because no parts. What's can I do?”

The first time it happened it went away when the car was restarted. No such luck this time, warning stays on and no power steering. Luckily I was on straight roads both times. I see there was a recall on this but the dealership says there is none??”
