“While driving down rd gas pedal stuck my daughter road the brake until she could get off road .she called I work the linkage for the gas by hand that freed it up took it to my mechanic he took it for a test drive said its not releasing fast enough he tried a couple things vacuum hoses and some other parts that did not solve the problem he went on line and found there has been problems with the cable and told me to call ford.”

December 1998 the air conditioning quit working completely. The cruise control quit working in 1996. One of the power windows quit working in 1997. The headliner near the back windshield started hanging down in 1998. Our latest problem is a blown head gasket. We had the transmission repaired 11/1/98 at a cost to us of $1,788.00. Plus it cost us over $100.00 to have the car towed. The ford company hasn't done anything to help us.”

My son was driving and he turned the steering wheel to the left to try to slow it down. He then panicked and jumped out. The car proceded to continue crashing through our neighbor's chain link fence, continued through his yard. Then crashed through the fence on the other side, ending up back in our yard and hitting another car parked in our yard, as well as a trampoline, and ended up hitting the corner of the garage which stopped it.”
