“A.c. Is draining into the interior of the vehicle causing the carpet and flooring on the driver side under to the driver seat to become soaked through and will not drain out. On several occasions, footwear have slipped on the break and gas pedals due to moisture accumulated on the bottom of the shoe. There were no warning lights illuminated before or after the failure. The contact suffered a panic attack and received medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 83,000.”
