Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I purchased my vehicle used from a dealership here locally, and have had problems with it ever since I bought it in late may of 2007, my brakes have started to squeak, I overheated due to either a faulty water pump and/or thermostat, and I have noticed that the steering pulled slightly to the right, and I put new tires on it and it was aligned before purchased. The dealership I bought it from may only be able to run a diagnostics on it, and might not have the tools to fix it. The nearest Mitsubishi dealership is 180 miles away. …”

“I have a 2002 Galant, and at 30,000mils, I had to replace the front brake rotors, and the brake pads. I was told it's not covered under the warranty terms. There's severe vibrations, and rotational noise noticed when driving at 60mph and above, and I took the car back to the dealer, they told me they repacked my bearings, but the noise and vibrations still continue to surface. Although the dealership tried to help me, while the cars is still under warranty, but I don't think they know the problems themself.”
