“Radio does a hard reset all on its own, we lose backup camera, alerts and all safety functions that are built into the radio for adjustment. Also get collision warning stating it’s not working. Radio is no longer working. We asked the dealer and they said it’s going to be a recall very soon when we went in for an oil change.”

NHTSA complaint #11646310, filed 2025-03

“I was driving and my car brakes suddenly then all of the lights came on and the vehicle shut down. Once I got the vehicle back started the malfunction light stayed on and is still on and it says to contact your nearest dealer in which I did and was told I would receive a callback and I am still waiting on the call. It has been over 5 hours.”

NHTSA complaint #11585963, filed 2024-04

“When opertaing vehicle it my parking sensor error message was given giving false reading. I was told because of this scratch i need to replace the sensor. I think its a bad design flaw n there are charging me 800 in parts and labor even though its under warranty This can cause false reading and some one can get hurt”

NHTSA complaint #11638884, filed 2025-01

“As I was parking the parking sensors didn’t engage to say I was too close to another vehicle causing me to side swipe the other vehicle! I thought it was just me but still 4 days later anytime I park the sensors don’t alert me as being too close! The forward and reverse emergency brake system is not engaging as it used to do!”

NHTSA complaint #11588588, filed 2024-05

“The hood vibrates. It looks as if the hood is popped, but not actually unlatched. I had the update done on my backup camera, and now it's starting to glitch with lines that go across the whole screen. It reminds me of regular Nintendo in the '90s glitching out. And having to restart the whole system.”
