“I was rear-ended by a 2002 offset to driver side of car at an estimated 30-40mph. Drivers seat in Altima is 8-way electric and during impact, the seat tilted back all the way. The impact drove my car into the back of a 1982 dodge ram charger which was also offset impact on front similar to rear. The dodge was then driven into the back of a suzuki grand vatara. I was completely stopped as was the dodge in front of me. During impact from rear, driver seatback failed and allowed seat to tilt all the way back and it remained there. …”

Years to include 2001 to 2004 this is very concerning considering some of these cars have less then 100000 miles on them.”
