Asked the dealer to replace it and they said that it makes not sense as problem will recur. They also asked me to wait for a recall from Nissan (waiting now for almost one year). I agree on the fact that this is a safety issue.”

I have brought this in to be serviced for this problem over 6 times in the last year and they have failed to fix it. They performed Nissan TSB ntb08-089 twice already and the seat still moves around when I am driving. This is a major safety issue and it needs to be fixed. I am not the only one having this problem, it is very common for my model car.”

They have replaced 2 times already, but need to be done again. Nissan told me they new they had an issue after 2nd repair, that is why they took over month tom fix., now they want to fix with same broken parts, even though originally corporate tech told the dealer not to replace until they had a fix for the problem, they were over ridden by the area rep here. …”
