“While driving my 2007 Nissan Altima the RPM drops and the car loses power. The check engine light gives a code for the catalyst converter but the light goes on and off. Once the RPM drops and all of the lights on the dashboard start blinking, the car jerks and stall. I have to pull over and put the car in park for a few minutes. The car jerks again and drives normal for about 15 minutes and then it repeats itself.”

“I have a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5s with CVT transmission that has failed at 181,225 miles. Car has always been taken care of.. Driving down the road a whining sound started lost acceleration then a very loud grinding noise and then shifting issues.. All with in 15 minutes.. No warning just quit going. Mechanics state it is the transmission and has to be replaced. Really love my car but the replacement is so expensive. Nissan needs to help due to this is an on going issue.”
