While driving 40 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle accelerated and the lights on the instrument panel illuminated. The failure recurred three times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 107,000.”
